Welcome to Soft Landings Family OT
Soft Landings Family OT is an occupational therapy practice committed to providing neurodiversity-affirming services for children and families. I am a passionate occupational therapist with a focus on supporting families through personalized care and evidence-based interventions. I am an AuDHDer, and I enjoy working with children and families who share my neurotype.

I also enjoy working with anxious children, twice exceptional children and children who are diagnosed with or suspect a PDA profile.

Soft Landings Family OT believes in a holistic approach to therapy, recognising that children don't exist in a vacuum and looking at the broader family unit to ensure success.
I am dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive environment where every child's unique strengths are recognized and celebrated. I am committed to collaborating with families to develop tailored therapy plans, recognising their expertise in their child and family.
